For each class: its name, its end date, the list or levels students start with, and your class map or class board. For each student who sends: the name they typed (a first name or class code), their work, and the time they sent it. No emails and no IP addresses.

Everything in a class is deleted on its end date. Deleting a class removes it, everything sent to it and its class map at once.
